Meeting Dates and Agendas
The Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held 10:30 a.m., at One Liberty Plaza (in a Conference Room TBD), New York, New York 10006, on the following dates, unless otherwise indicated:

Agendas for upcoming meetings will be posted within seven days of each meeting, whenever possible.
A meeting of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of New York City Land Development Corporation (“NYCLDC”) will be held on February 6, 2024, in Conference Room 13A, on the 13th Floor at the offices of New York City Economic Development Corporation (“NYCEDC”) at One Liberty Plaza, New York, New York. Attendees should enter NYCEDC’s offices on the 14th Floor.
